Hey out there, what can we say conditions will arrive? Following the list of do's and don'ts will keep us fit and ready. This meal planner is not much different than any other, fruits, water and veggies are the helpers.

The most important thing you can do.... Drink water!!!
Remember fiber doesn't have to be crispy, and raw to be good fiber.
Select fats with good healthy choices, read those food labels.
